Stealth Run Registration & GuidElines

Purpose: The Stealth Run is a Calvary Chapel Lebanon ministry. The purpose of the ministry is to bring joy to a child who would otherwise have a bleak Christmas. The ability to provide gifts on Christmas Eve is because of generous donations.
Eligibility
Multiple Programs
Christmas Eve Delivery
- We serve children within the ages of 6 months to 13 years. We are unable to provide gifts to any child outside this age range.
- Each child may be registered once.
Multiple Programs
- If the family has signed up for other programs such as Toys for Tots, Salvation Army, Angel Tree, or help from another church, please do not sign up for the Stealth Run.
Christmas Eve Delivery
- In order to receive the gifts on Christmas eve, The family must be home at the address listed on this form between 6:45-9pm.
- If no one is home, the gifts will return to the church. The family may arrange to pick them up after Christmas.
- Please note: Gifts cannot be given to relatives or friends to be delivered later.
Gift Requests:
- While we strive to meet the wishes of every child, we cannot guarantee that a child will get a specific item, even if the requested item costs less than $35. This ministry relies entirely on the generous donations we receive.
- Please refrain from listing the following items, as we CANNOT fulfill these requests:
- Bikes
- cell phones
- computers
- tablets
- game stations
- game cartridges
- gift cards
We will not provide gift cards or replace alternate gifts if the gift/gifts do not meet expectations. One registration per child allowed.
Please note: Alternative items will be chosen, and they might not be something that the child will enjoy.
